20 Years on Northcote Road

We decided to celebrate the milestone by providing our vendors with two special offers. The first was a VAT-inclusive fee; the second was an entry into a prize draw, the winner of which would win a full refund of our agency fees.

We threw a party at Le Bouchon in Battersea Rise in November to thank all our clients and suppliers, to make the exciting prize draw and announce the winner. The lucky client, who moved to Sydney, Australia earlier this year, has just received a substantial bank transfer to help with her ongoing house purchase…

But most importantly the event was held to help fund-raise for Trinity Hospice, the local charity voted for by our customers of 2011. The evening was a great success - John Thorogood made a donation for each sale completed so far in this special year and further money was raised through raffling some great prizes on the night.

We’re delighted to announce that in all we managed to donate £2,560 to Trinity Hospice.

So what’s in store for our 21st year?

Well, we’re excited to be launching a whole new service to clients and buyers alike. We’re providing free HD-quality walk-through videos on all our properties for sale (subject to terms). In fact we’re well underway, films are already live here on our site and also on the big property sites like primelocation.com, findaproperty.com and rightmove.co.uk our buyers are responding very well already. “Thanks Austin.
