I cannot recommend John Thorogood, and Daphne there in particular, highly enough. We chose them to sell my late sister’s house because the photos and descriptions were so much better than the usual agent guff. Their words about a house are warm and engaging, and bring it to life as a home, not a property. Austin’s valuation we felt was spot on. At no point did he try to wow us with an overblown figure – just offered straight, clear advice backed up with evidence. I’ve never been moved to write a review for an estate agent before, and having provided marketing services to estate agents over 20 years, I can honestly say John Thorogood are both thorough, good and thoroughly good!
